Itinerary:
Day 1: Departure - Johannesburg - Kruger National Park
Collected will be in Johannesburg surrounding areas 10km radius for a transfer to Kruger National Park, 2 hours out of Johannesburg guests will stop for breakfast & continue for another 2 or 3 hours to Kruger Park. Along the way, guests will have an opportunity for rest stops to stretch legs, use the restroom & grab a light snack. Upon arrival at Numbi gate, proceed with group check-in at a 3 or 4 lodge for 3 nights & settle in your rooms. Our representative will meet the guests at the communal area for the afternoon game drive departure. This will be a relaxed afternoon, however, the cats are most active during early mornings & we will concentrate on plain games like zebra & giraffe. Return to your hotel/lodge before the gates close before sunset & enjoy dinner. Thereafter have an early night rest.
Day 2: Full Day Safari - open 4x4 vehicle - Kruger National Park
Early morning wake-up call before sunrise - weather depended between 05:00 am or 06:00 am, your ranger guide will meet you at the communal area for a full day safari with packed breakfast in an open 4x4 safari vehicle in Kruger Park, view Africa’s Big 5 wildlife & the plains wildlife, visit the various water holes, lookout points & rivers. Stop for lunch at a recommended restaurant by your guide, thereafter return to your hotel/lodge in the afternoon. Rest of the afternoon at leisure, enjoy dinner at the lodge & rest for the next interesting day.
Day 3: Full Day Endangered Wildlife Tour - Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation & Endangered Species Centre
After breakfast, your guide will collect the guest from the communal area for a full day endangered wildlife tour, the guest will have to see South Africa’s abandoned, injured & poisoned wildlife. The first stop visit will be at Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation guided by the center representative escorting you to meet the wildlife residents used as ambassadors for their species & learn more about techniques, treatment of injured & poisoned mammals & bird species. Thereafter enjoy lunch at the center, proceed to Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre for a 2-hour educational tour providing a unique experience to get up close & personal with the endangered wild dogs, cheetah & African wild cat. Return to the lodge with everlasting memories, enjoy dinner & early night rest.
Day 4: Departure - Kruger National Park - Johannesburg Hotel/Airport
After breakfast & check out, your guide will collect guests from the communal area for return transfer to Johannesburg, with stops in between for lunch, leg stretch & bathroom use. Upon arrival, clients will be dropped off at their designated areas.
