Kasi Africa Safari & Tours will never divulge any of our client’s personal information to any third parties unless it is deemed necessary for our client’s booking. 

Booking Policy:

Bookings with Kasi Africa Safari & Tours are only deemed confirmed upon receipt of 100% pre-payment. Alternatively, a 40% deposit can be paid to confirm the booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 14 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellations and Refund Policy:

Single-Day Tours:

Our easy cancellation policy for single-day tours carries a 24-hour cancellation policy and is 100% refundable should you cancel up to 24 hours before the travel date.

Multi-Day Tour Packages: 

10% Cancellation Fee once booking is confirmed.

Cancellations 90 – 30 days before commencement of services: 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations 29-14 days before commencement of services: 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 13-8 days before commencement of services: 75% cancellation fee. Cancellations 7-0 days before commencement of services: 100% cancellation fee.

Safari Packages:

Our cancellation policies may vary for our Safari Package offers as we partner with third parties for our safari packages.

Travel Insurance:

All clients are encouraged to take out their own Travel Insurance as our services do not cover Travel Insurance.

Traveling with Children:

All clients traveling with children (without the other parent) will be required to have a certified letter of consent from the parent who is absent at the time of travel.

Passport requirements:

All travelers are required to have two following blank pages in their passports.
